Step 1 : Raw onion lots are sorted according to size & quality.
Step 2 : Peeled onions are washed in chlorinated water than after it will be shuffled to cutter machine by means of food grade buckets of SS conveyor.
Step 3 : Onion bulbs are sliced (4 to 5 mm) in slicing machine than after fed to top feeding belt of Imperial dryer.
Step 4 : Onion slices are moved gradually in hot air closed SS belt dryer (Imperial dryer) for first stage drying.
Step 5 : Dried onion slices are further passed through second stage dryer and got complete dehydration (moisture level up to 6%).
Step 6 : Dehydrated onion slices are moved through food grade conveyors at controlled conditioned room & got cooling in cold dryer.
Step 7 : Crispy onion slices are passed through Huller machine, here onion kibbled, powder & chips are separated & skin is removed by air aspiration.
Step 8 : Onion Kibbled sorting based on image sensing technology to remove onion routes and other impurities
Step 9 : Sorted Onion kibbled is passed through metal detector to remove metallic impurities.
Step 10 : Production Bach vies product sample is sent to lab for testing.
Step 11 : Dehydrated onion kibbled is packed in moisture proof food grade 2 layer polybags.
Step 12 : The Polybags are packed in paper bags or in corrugated boxes as per customer requirement.
