We have set-up the most modern and integrated dehydration facility in the midst of a large onion growing area. We procure raw onion which are harvested at the peak of maturity, flavour and taste and quickly transported to our processing facility.
These raw materials undergo quality inspection, careful sorting & dehydration ensuring maximum retention of food quality, aroma, colour & taste.
We have set up ultra-modern sophisticated plant as per international standards for manufacturing dehydrated onion & garlic and Our process is designed to meet HACCP and GMP norms as per ISO 9001 : 2008 & ISO 22000 : 2005.
We have fully occupied facility by installing fully Automatic colour sorter to make Optical Colour Sorting based on image sensing technology to maintain the hygiene product and Metal detector to achieve more superior quality product without metallic impurities.
Our R & D team continuously works on development of the product and value enhancement. We attribute our leverage in the industry, to a customer centric approach and to our core competency in dehydration technology of onion & garlic.
Our In-House laboratory has facility for analysing the Physical, Chemical and Microbiological parameters, behaviour on rehydration installed with latest technology equipment.
